Our People

Susan Garrity Bish

Susan’s upbringing in an entrepreneurial family no doubt influenced her decision to co-found a management consulting firm 30 years ago.
She received her undergraduate degree in marketing from The University of Colorado, and her MBA from Northwestern University.
She collects friends, is a hugger, and had pet raccoons when growing up.
Susan is especially proud of her three sons, daughters-in-law and two grandchildren.

Susan Raad, MS CCC-SLP

Susan serves as our Therapy Advisory Officer. "I love to see therapists succeed because it positively affects so many families. I am passionate about innovation in the pediatric therapy industry."

Susan founded, managed, and grew her therapy practice, The Communication Clubhouse, over a 20 year period.
Susan's crystal-clear vision for the Clubhouse was to have a family-centered practice supported by hiring and retaining top talent who operated with integrity while delivering quality services.
The Clubhouse blossomed from her vision to 3 clinic sites, 7 integrated disciplines, 85 employees, and nearly 1,000 families served each week.
Susan sold her practice in 2022 and now focuses on helping others thrive in the pediatric therapy sector.

Christine Bigol

Christine has over 12 years experience in medical billing.
She has a degree in Healthcare Management and experience with early intervention programs.
She has 3 young children and enjoys spending extended time with family and her dogs whenever she can.

Craig Terrill

Craig has started and run many small businesses and has an MBA in finance and marketing from Northwestern University.
He has provided consulting help to over 150 women-led small businesses during the last six years via a program he co-leads.
He is an adjunct Professor of marketing & innovation.
He is married to his high school sweetheart, has 4 children and 1 grandson, and enjoys the people, lakes, mountains and dogs of North Carolina.

Myron Bish

Myron is the co-founder of Bottom Line Technologies, a management consulting firm that helps professionals develop skills to perform their roles effectively and efficiently.
He has an MBA in accounting and finance from Cal State.
His true passion is golf...and skiing...and spending time with his family, friends and dogs.
He has three sons, and two precious grandchildren and one best furry friend.
