Beeline Billing maintains HIPAA compliance for patient information. All claims are billed electronically using the ANSI 837P format.
You are only billed for payments that you receive, so you are not charged for multiple submissions, no matter if the error was on your part. If a claim gets denied, we will work with you to provide the required information to the payer.
Our state of the art billing process is designed to expedite claim submissions so you get paid faster. In most cases, you can expect to receive payments from payers within two to four weeks.
Beeline Billing has online access for verifying claim status with most payers.
We do not get paid until AFTER you have received your payment. Then, you send us our fee which is based on a percentage of the billing collected. For most clients, our fee is far less than it would cost to have your own part time person, but without the worries and hassles of managing, turnover, and errors.
